Michael S. Montgomery practices in the areas of general civil litigation, collection, estate planning, commercial and corporate litigation, and transactional work. Mike is licensed to practice law in State and Federal Courts in North Dakota and Minnesota. 

Mr. Montgomery is a native of Fargo, North Dakota, and is a 1993 graduate of the University of North Dakota Law School in Grand Forks, ND.  Mike currently resides in Fargo and enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons, time at his lake cabin, outdoor activities including fishing and hunting, and playing and watching hockey.
