Kyle G. Pender – Attorney

Kyle G. Pender concentrates his practice in commercial transactions, real estate, estate planning, and income tax planning and tax controversy. Prior to joining the firm, Kyle obtained his license as a Certified Public Accountant and worked for CPA firms in Minnetonka, MN, and Fargo, ND focusing his practice on taxation of closely held corporations, partnerships, LLC’s and individuals. 

Mr. Pender is a 2008 graduate of the University Of North Dakota School Of Law and a 2004 graduate of North Dakota State University and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy. Kyle currently resides in Fargo and enjoys spending time with family and friends, and outdoor activities including fishing, hunting and golfing.
